About me

My name is einav avni (a-nav) and I am so happy you're visiting my site today.
For most of my life, I didn't know who I was or what I was doing here. I floated, doing a little bit of this, and a little bit of that, but still not knowing.

For a long while, I was a System Tester for Tesco, and then, after my Master's I became a User Experience Designer - a career that I loved very much. 10 years later, I realised this, too, was not my calling and in 2017 I jumped ship and went on to do my Coaching and NLP (master practitioner) training.

This felt so much better! I LOVED working with my clients, and to begin with I niched into 'confidence and empowerment coaching', but slowly, I started to see that I can bring the same wisdom into the healing field and get results that are both profound and nearly literally, life-saving!

Today I work with people with chronic illnesses, chronic pain and other unexplained medical conditions to heal and reverse their symptoms so they can have the freedom to live the life they want.

The Unconscious Mind

As soon as I learnt about our Unconscious mind, I was hooked, and part of my mission in life is to help you recognise how much power it has and how it can heal you.

Our unconscious mind has many jobs, but the one that resonates with me most is that it has the blueprint of our best version - physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. As such, it is always trying to stir us in the right direction - to get us back on the path that will lead us back to our best version!

The problem is that instead of listening to the unconscious mind and its infinite wisdom, we tend to listen to the negative voice that comes up instead, telling us we should follow it, or else...!

This creates a war between the two voices within us - the unconscious mind that knows everything, and the negative voice that knows nothing. When we have this war, we create dis-ease, and this is the pain, illnesses and conditions you feel today.

I didn't overcome chronic pain or chronic illness, but I've had incredible results for my clients, and these are the results I hope to get for you, too!
